At Dark Timber Adventures, your safety and enjoyment come first — always. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip if our captain determines that conditions are unsafe. This may include severe weather, wildfire activity, or other unforeseen risks that could impact your experience or well-being.

We don’t make these decisions lightly. Our team monitors conditions closely and communicates clearly if plans need to shift. If a trip is postponed or cancelled for safety reasons, we’ll work with you to reschedule or explore alternative options whenever possible.
